Court Gardens Farm
All the wines made at Court Garden are produced using traditional grape varieties grown on a beautiful south-facing slope in soil that is very similar to that of north-east France – the region most commonly associated with Champagne. Our cuvées, both Vintage and Non-Vintage, express an individuality of character and singular style with every release. We strive to reflect these unique personalities in each wine, respecting their heritage, composition and identities from year to year.
English Wine
The last numbers are pretty impressive. 1.4 million vines were planted in the UK in 2020, and there has been a 70% increase in hectarage in the last five years alone! Just over 98% of hectarage planted was in England. There are now approximately 800 vineyards and 178 wineries with around 5,000 people working in the UK wine sector.
